I remember getting ALL embarrassed riding the car with my mom and that Bad Company song came on the radio: "Feel Like Makin' Love." OMG! Make it Stop!

cK, if you don't know all the words to at least one Skynyrd song, they will kick you out of the Midwest! Try "Gimme Three Steps" -- it's a short one.Sassmasterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15360141438357032519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137745797004379701.post-518671703686545512007-02-08T14:42:00.000-06:002007-02-08T14:42:00.000-06:00God, these are the questions that deserve answers!...God, these are the questions that deserve answers! My mother had a spell of music-buying when I was in junior high and had, all at once, the Stones (Some Girls, arguably their last good album), a new Rick James 8-track, and Seger (Night Moves). So anything from those makes me sing and be happy. I also still adore anything from Off the Wall (i.e., before MJ became a freaky-deaky).

Agree on Neil. Also AC/DC.

cK, I will refrain from berating you for not being a real American.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137745797004379701.post-74554161349293496582007-02-08T10:38:00.000-06:002007-02-08T10:38:00.000-06:00Confession: I don't know any of these tunes!Do you...Confession: I don't know any of these tunes!

Do you have something more Swedish and poppy?
-cKcKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05361765660743618975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137745797004379701.post-82741953846392753302007-02-08T07:41:00.000-06:002007-02-08T07:41:00.000-06:00NoK, I don't know how you ever did it. I really have to get XM satellite -- I think that's the one with the all-Elvis station. Also, those rare times when you catch George Thorogood's "Get a Haircut" or Van Halen's "Ice Cream Man" can bring you out of a coma. I've been tempted to buy any of the respective CD's but it isn't near as fun as when fate plays them for you when you are most in need.(Like about 3am on I-29 with a load of cattle and no more coffee.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137745797004379701.post-47902126622873282022007-02-07T20:32:00.000-06:002007-02-07T20:32:00.000-06:00predictably it is the big e that gets me, especial...predictably it is the big e that gets me, especially suspicious minds or kentucky rain...but is so rare to ever hear them on the radio anymore. i have also been known to give it up for neil diamond, or glenn.mullyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03132454130132051475noreply@blogger.com
